Information we collect
When you submit a parts request, we collect the boat name, hull number, owner name, email address, phone number, part descriptions, optional part numbers, request type, and any photos you choose to provide. If you select “Remember my profile,” your contact and boat information is stored locally on your device.
How we use your information
We use this information only to identify the requested parts, prepare quotes or orders, contact you about availability, pricing, shipping and payment, and maintain records related to your request.
Storage and sharing
Submitted requests and photos are stored so CFR Yacht Sales can process them even if email delivery is temporarily unavailable. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support the app, hosting, storage and email delivery, and may be disclosed when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain request information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to upload photos or provide an optional part number. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with a parts request, contact us using the email below.
